What is your Jewelry made from?
At Trilogy Diamond Co. we pride ourselves from sourcing from the best , our jewels are made from different materials at different price budgets. Our price friendly selections are primarily brass dipped in 14K yellow or white gold. Our higher end selection that include natural diamonds are only set in 10K gold.

Are your diamonds real?
All of our stones that we use in our jewelry are "real". Lab made diamonds were created in a laboratory by diamond experts to replicate as closely as possible to earth mined diamonds. They will have their sparkle and shine for a lifetime. Our natural diamonds are 100% conflict free earth mined diamonds coming to you at affordable & aggressive price point.

Yes! If the jewelry is unworn, absolutely Refer to our returns section.

Is my Personal Information Safe to submit thru your site?
Absolutely! We will never sell your information to a 3rd party. Your email is secured into our Elite Members database. Your card information you use for purchase is never revealed on our end , it is processed thru our domain provider ( Wix.com) which is encrypted and includes Secured Sockets Layer ( SSL ) protocol to added layered security and keep important information & sensitive data confidential.

Do you have a physical location?
We are on track to open our first location by Winter 2022! Meanwhile our online store is current home.

How long have you been in business?
Our founder & CEO Jordann Dwayne has been in the diamond industry and jewerly repair field since 2015. Trilogy Diamonds Co was founded in 2022.
